Payment Terms
- JB Presentations Ltd factor all its invoices through Commercial Factors Ltd, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment in full is due on the 20th day of the month following delivery (unless special payment terms are agreed)
- In the event of default in payment, Customers will be liable for all recovery costs. Interest at the going rate could also be charged if not paid by the due date.
Exclusivity
- Advertisements on JB Presentations are Not Exclusive unless otherwise stated on Confirmation of Advertising Space forms.
- Any Exclusive agreement applies only to the relevant JB Presentations Product (s) that is specified.
Artwork
- A proof will always be supplied for Customer approval, prior to printing of all JB Presentations Products.
- Publication dates stated per JB Presentations Products are estimates only, we accept no liability for delays due to Customer proofing and printing.
- Artwork that has to be specifically designed for a JB Presentations Product can be used on any other JB Presentations Products. Use by any other person or Publisher will incur a downloading and handling fee of $75 + GST.
